2026 Leadership Forum
On 10 and 11 September, we hosted the 2026 Smithbridge Group Leadership Forum in Brisbane, bringing together leaders from across Australia, New Zealand and Guam.
This year’s forum focused on three key pillars: Customers, Crew and Capability, with two days of valuable conversations, practical insights and opportunities to connect across the Group.
The program included leadership discussions, safety, business strategy, team activities and site visits, creating space for our leaders to share ideas, learn from one another and strengthen relationships across our businesses.
It was a great opportunity to reflect on where we are, where we’re heading and how we continue investing in our people, customers and future capabilities.
